It's about time

Both of my children are lossing their teeth VERY late, but we were able to pull a few out in just one day! Chandler pulled out his own and Sierra needed help. Yes there were tears and way to much drama, but we really need to catch up to the rest of the kids their age - gees!
A couple days later, Chandler lost the other one on the other side, so that he only has his two front teeth. Busy time for the Tooth Fairy!

Dance Recital - 6/2/2010

I'm pretty sure she is the cutest thing EVER!

She performed 2 dances; "My Boyfirends' Back" & "Magic", and she did awesome! She even threw in some attitude while dancing. I loved it!

Daddy enjoyed it too! Good job Sierra Grace!

Another Pine Wood Derby

He named his car "The Breeze" and it had a 9 on it -- for Drew Breeze (quarterback to the N.O. Saints).

What a bunch of goobers:)

Sisters

I love these two girls! I wish we all lived a little closer, so that we could lean on each other more. Maybe someday!

Love you Pops

My sweet Papa died on Monday, May 24th, 2010. He was 85 years old.
I miss him, my kids miss him, but he is with my Nana now and that makes me smile.
Love you Papa!

Visitors

In late February we had the pleasure of having our friends from Tucson, AZ come and visit for a few days. Pam, Shea and Colby enjoyed sledding for sure, as did my kids and David too! It was exhausting, and our weekend was busy, but we loved that they came to visit and hang out with us.
We miss you guys! Keep in touch :)

Really?

That's right, I buy jeans for my kids and this is how they repay me. No matter what brand, no matter what they are doing, this is what their jeans look like by mid March. My kids end up looking a tad homeless, but my March/April whose investing in more jeans.
I need someone to produce a industrial kid-strength pair of jeans, so that I don't have to keep buying them, ALL the time!

Julia Child

While in Virginia, we visited the Museum of Natural History and this kitchen was there -- Julia Childs' kitchen!
I had just seen the movie about her a few weeks prior to seeing this, so it got me all excited!

My Nana was a wonderful cook as well, so maybe that's why I am a tad facinated by her.

Virginia Visit

Towards the end of April Deacon and I flew to Virginia to visit my sister (Wudel Family). She has been on the east coast for almost 3 years and I had yet to visit, so when I had the opportunity to go -- we both got very excited!

I spent 4 days with them, visited national monuments, toured the Museum of Natural History, visited the cute little city of Alexandria and spent time with Corinne and her sweet family, which was the best part!

Thanks for being such wonderful hosts :)

BUZZZZZZZZZZZ

Eli was pretty excited to get a buss haircut just like Chandler, although the top picture makes you think otherwise.

He looks like such a big boy -- where did my baby Eli go?

Obsessed

Eli's favorite movies/toys are anything that have to do with "Toy Story 1 & 2" and we are excited that "Toy Story 3" is coming out this summer. To infinite and beyond!
