Happy St. Patrick's Day!

For the past couple of weeks my kids have been asking "when is St. Patrick's Day?". They look forward to me cooking green pancakes and drinking either green milk or juice in the morning. Thanks to food coloring I can make my kids excited about a rather silly holiday and create a few good memories in the process. Oh ya, and since my husband is Irish, maybe I'll make him Shepard's Pie.
